What this work is for

For teams that have stories to tell but no shared editorial direction or dependable way to make and use the material. A feed can be busy while the brand remains hard to recognise. We identify the subjects, formats, and moments worth returning to so production has a purpose beyond filling a calendar.
Content Creation makes the material: concepts, photography, video, copy, and adaptable assets that can work across the agreed channels. Social Media Management is a separate responsibility covering channel planning, calendars, publishing, account handling, community response, and learning. We define those roles and approval points at the outset, so a content-only handover and an ongoing management engagement are never presented as the same service.
Talk about this serviceThe thinking behind the work
Content creation and social media management are connected, but they answer different questions. Creation asks what the brand has to show or say and produces the photography, video, writing, design, and adaptable formats to express it. Management asks where that material belongs, when it should appear, who approves it, how the account responds, and what the team can learn from the audience. Some clients need one part; others need both.
We start by identifying a small number of stories the brand can tell credibly and return to often. That gives a production plan a purpose and helps a single shoot or concept produce material for several useful contexts. If management is included, the same editorial logic becomes a calendar and operating rhythm with agreed responsibilities. The aim is consistency that remains recognisable without turning every post into a copy of the last one.
The operating details are part of the creative result. We decide what information is needed before a shoot or writing brief, which assets require approval, how material is organised for reuse, and who has authority to publish or respond. That keeps a content-only handover useful to an internal team and makes an ongoing management engagement clearer for everyone involved. A realistic cadence is better than an ambitious calendar that cannot be sustained.
Production and distribution
Content creation and social-media management are connected, but they are not interchangeable. A content-only commission produces an approved asset library. A management engagement also operates the publishing system and audience relationship.
Develops concepts, shoots, edits, copy, and modular assets that give the brand something meaningful to say and show. This does not automatically include account or community management.
When included in the brief, plans channels and calendars, adapts formats, publishes content, handles the account and community, and keeps the brand consistent over time.
Reviews approved audience and performance signals, then feeds useful observations back into the next creative and editorial decision.
Content in context
Content is not a pile of posts. It is the repeated expression of a point of view through images, motion, words, and timing. We create the material and the rhythm that let an audience recognise the brand over time.
Inside the discipline
Campaign concepts, photography, video, copy, and modular assets that turn a point of view into material worth sharing.

Content Creation is the production layer: the ideas, images, videos, words, and design assets that make a brand visible in a specific, repeatable way. A content-only scope ends with the agreed production and delivery; it does not imply account handling, publishing, or community management.
When content is produced reactively, every shoot starts from zero and the brand becomes difficult to recognise. The team has activity, but no useful library or editorial logic.
Define the stories and visual territory worth owning. Build a production plan around reusable formats and real moments. Create, edit, write, and adapt assets for the contexts where they will be used.
A brief might lead to a set of images, short edits, captions, and crops rather than one finished post. We plan what needs to be captured, which formats each asset must serve, how approvals will work, and what the client can reuse later. The handover is a coherent library with context, not a folder of disconnected files. Publishing and community management are separate unless agreed.

You need a reliable flow of original material rather than occasional disconnected posts.
Content Creation gives Social Media, Web Design, and Advertising the raw material they need to express the same brand. Management is scoped separately when required.
Channel planning, calendar ownership, publishing, account handling, and performance learning that make content work beyond the first post.

Social Media Management is the distribution and relationship layer. When contracted, it covers what belongs on each channel, when it appears, how it is published, how the account and community are handled, and how approved response signals inform the next move.
Posting everywhere without a channel role or clear ownership creates noise, duplicated effort, slow approvals, and an audience that cannot tell what matters.
Assign each channel a clear job, audience context, calendar, and approval route. Adapt the central idea into native formats, publish it consistently, and manage agreed account and community activity. Use approved publishing and response signals to improve the next cycle.
Management turns approved material into a working channel plan. We establish the role of each account, map a realistic calendar, adapt posts to their placement, and agree how publishing, replies, and escalation should be handled. Reviews look at useful signals and qualitative response, then inform the next cycle. The scope is explicit so the client knows which parts the agency operates and which remain in-house.

You need ongoing channel and account management—not only a library of content to publish internally.
Social Media Management turns produced content into a living rhythm and gives Creative Direction useful evidence about what resonates.
How the system takes shape
Define the audience, message, editorial territory, and role each channel should play.
Choose the stories, formats, cadence, references, and production requirements before making assets.
Create photography, video, design, writing, and adaptations that work as a coherent set.
Schedule, distribute, observe, and refine the system based on real audience response.
What this gives you
Two focused examples of this work in practice.
Greenwich / Hospitality / Food and beverage
An atmospheric content collection that lets Greenwich's interior introduce the experience before a guest arrives.
Superbowls / Hospitality / Food and beverage
A food-led image library moving between colourful bowls, fresh ingredients, and the gestures that finish each order.
Working together
We begin with the business context, the audience, and the change you need rather than assuming a service is automatically the answer. That reveals whether this is the strongest first move, whether another dependency should come first, or whether several disciplines need to connect.
We explain that reasoning before defining the scope so the investment addresses the underlying problem rather than only its visible symptoms.
